Yet another example of "GOP personal responsibility" I guess (in this case, responsibly paying your bills).
Once again, it's apparently only "personally responsibility" when it's ANOTHER person.

Hey now, it's the Republicans who got rid of him. And we voted to reprimand him too. How so many of us forgot about all that, I do not know. I'm glad to say I was not among them.
