"hyper speed political warfare". lol

Narcisssism and far over-reach by the MSM, as usual. Educated and swing voters dont utilize twitter, nor do they watch CNN or Fox to make decisions.

Sound bytes, media blogs and twitter trash wont win attention this year.

Is this blown up more than it needs to be? Sure. But this "war on moms" is not nearly as blown out of proportion as The War on Womenâ„¢. I'm sure the Romney campaign would be happy to drop the issue if Obama's camp would drop the war on women nonsense, that way we can all get to the real issues. But I can see why that would not be in the president's best interest.

The Obama campaign and the DNC intend to try and tear down Ann Romney because they know she is a strong asset to the Romney team. Rosen was one of their appointee's to deliver this message and she got sacrificed delivering it, because it blew up and backfired something awful. The Obama campaign thinks they are running against John McCain again this time evidently and nothing could be further from the truth. Their attack machine might not have it as easy against the Romney campaign.

They have no affiliation with a campaign--they're media people. An advisor is hired by a campaign to develop strategy and a message for the candidate. She isn't an advisor. If you can find one shred of evidence that she's a formal advisor, great, but I haven't seen it. I'm guessing that she may have met with the administration in her role as a LOBBYIST for different organizations in the past.

If you're going to rant, rave, and name call, I'd suggest that you learn even the most basic things about how campaigns and the political process works first.
The Many Careers of Hilary Rosen - Yahoo! News

Actually, Rosen was an adviser to Obama and the administration on 'messaging' on Obamacare. She has been very involved in this administration and works for the DNC.

Demonstrating the political element of the health care debate, the records show that senior adviser Axelrod held what was described as a "communications message meeting" on March 13 with 18 people, including prominent Democratic strategists Brad Woodhouse, the party's communications director, and his predecessor Karen Finney; Steve McMahon, a campaign veteran and media strategist; Hilary Rosen, the former top lobbyist for the music industry; Jennifer Palmieri of the liberal Center for American Progress, John Edwards' former press secretary and a veteran of the Clinton White House; Maria Cardona, a specialist in Hispanic outreach at the Dewey Square Group; and Simon Rosenberg a founder of the centrist New Democrat Network.

Wouldn't insulting all working mothers be a 'war on women' who work at being mothers...lol? The Obama campaign isn't running against John McCain this time around. They are going to have to sharpen up their game quite a bit.
apparently jerky Hillary finally did apologize. Of course it is an insult on all women, period. Whether a women chooses to be a stay at home mom, tries to combine working inside and outside the home or chooses to be childless and have a career only has nothing to do with anything. Women do work hard especially those who have children. the idiot should have kept her mouth shut period. Apologizing is better than nothing, but she shouldn't have said wht she did to begin with.
