Exactly what I was thinking. We just aren't used to someone so 'clean'.

I am not even kidding, in 2008, some of my neighbors voted for St. Hope and Change because, "he looks like a nice guy".

Yes, these words are on a par with "If you like your health plan, you can keep it," or saying that the president is economical with the truth, or the statement that mainstream Democratic economic theory is not optimal for prosperity.

And the eight years before that were mature and sober?

And they really should have voted for the old, clueless guy and mouthy and brainless moose chili mama?

Now as for Rommey, you can think what you want, but part of what you are repeating many may not agree with: no, his doesn't have a wonderful sense of humor and he may have flipped flopped or he may have actually changed his mind about things, most of us do as we mature. He is certainly not a bad speaker as you are claiming or as Maher claimed. What makes you say he doesn't have a clear plan? I don't see it that way. As for as his percentage, considering how many have been in the running, his percentage is very good.
You might want to think about your comment: if he keeps running Hillary might be his opponent in 2016, that makes absolutely no sense.??
I am an independent, and usually I'm cool 'bout whatever the results of the elections are, but not this year, the gop has gone so far to the radical right and have become such a hateful bunch, that I will enjoy when "Barry" beats the hell out of Willard (the least interesting man in the world) and the radical right wingers salivate in anger.....

The biggest flip-flopping liar to ever hold the office and it was fools like the op who made it happen. You clowns owe the country an apology and penance for what you've done to America.
The story book of the radical right only works for them, how is willard rommney (the least interesting guy in the world) going to reconcile with the working americans after wishing that our automotive industry should fail, followed by a heroic stance by President Obama which saved millions of jobs, ultimately saving our economy, the right wing will suffer for four more years, as long as the political discourse by the gop continues coming from the braindead radical right wing, we the independents will keep electing democrats, the party that has proven to be the true fiscally responsible...
