That's kind of gross to us Americans, but it can hardly be compared to abusing a LIVE animal. I love my pet snakes, and would kick your butt if you tried mistreating them... but if you wanna go out to hunt/kill and eat a snake, I'd tell you to be safe and enjoy your meal. Two completely different scenarios, especially given that Obama was only a child at the time. I mean, what adult (especially in this country) with half a brain thinks it's okay to strap your dog to the roof of a car?? C'mon!! He's either the stupidest man alive, or has very little respect for living beings.
I have to agree.
I don't like Obummer at all, but there is a HUGE difference between being offered food as a child and purposely putting your dog on the roof.

FACT:. Dog meat is sold in butcher shops in New York. Some people eat dog meat.
FACT: Torturing animals for hours for no good reason like ROMNEY did is quite different(to intelligent people) than killing animals for food.
FACT: Amercans eat beef, veal, chicken, pork, venison, fish, pheasant, turkey, squirrel, rabbit, elk, antelope, ....only Really Stupid People believe those animals suffer any less or any more than a dog killed for food.
