Amazed, maybe, even amused. What else does he have to run on after all but killing someone? He's campaigning all over patting himself on the back for taking an action any president would have taken. He even had to go to Afghanistan! I love it.

His campaign team even created a cute little bumper sticker for Biden to peddle - Bin Laden is dead and General Motors is alive - had to keep it short for Uncle Joe I guess.

You libs okay with the incongruity of all this? Info gleamed from waterboarding helped pinpoint Osama and one year later Obama's taking a victory lap around the world. Romney should just let him sink under the weight of all this silliness.

Funny how "celebrating" the event is, to Obama, a no-no but running for re-election and making it a campaign plank isn't. Both will, I tend to believe, gather the same reaction from the bin Laden followers.

That, of course, doesn't matter to the bozo in chief.

Default Obama > Republicans over 20 years

By getting bin Laden, President Obama accomplished more than Republicans have in the last 20 years.

He addressed national health care with Republicans fighting him every step. The health care crisis stared Republicans in the face for 8 horrific Bush years, and they ignored it.

He has been more effective in controlling illegal immigration and deporting illegal immigrants (especially criminals) than Republicans EVER have.

He was given an economy in ruins headed for a Great Depression, and he has revivied it in spite of Republicans trying to stop him.

Bush was given a SURPLUS and turned it intoa RECORD DEFICIT, worst in history. President Obama has kept that deficit from being worse than it would be if a Pub were still in office. Taxes on the rich are needed, but Pubs continue to fight for the rich at the expense of everyone else. Were it not for the Pubs in Congress, we would have no deficit with Obama at the helm.

He resuscitated the American auto industry. Clueless Pubs had destroyed it.

He caused change in Libya without commiting this country to war. Smart.

He has ended the wars that Bush LIED to engage this country into. Smart.

His trip to Afghanistan marked a smarter, more effective foreign policy. Bush and Republicans engage in Neanderthal diplomacy, while ignoring the domestic agenda.

Obama stands for equality, inclusiveness, and racial tolerance. Pubs stand for bigotry, racial insensitivity, cultural ignorance, and a klan-like attitude towards minorities, especially blacks and hispanics.

It goes on, but it's obvious that this country is enjoying a positive upswing with Obama at the helm, and this society and the world are better because of it.

I am not either let him have his 15 mintues of fame! What this election is going to boil down to, is getting this economy truly back on track, not with fancy words, or fancy lines, but really doing somethign about it.

I still know people who are losing their jobs, and no i am not lying. The latest from a very elite department store out here. 2 managers, and 2 supervisors, one women on the job for 10 years the other over 20. This is so not good. One of these ladies is having such a hard time of it, her husband has cancer, and she herself is having health issues. How the damn hell can they let her go, after all her years of service, tell me please.
We just got back also from traveling for our business, people in all States are painting a different picture then what the administration does. Yep i have to make friends and talk to people and see what people across this Country are really thinking.

For the most part, sincerely and for real, a lot of people are hurting out there, their life businesses, are at risk, and their livelihood may be taken away.
Reality is what is going on around us, and it ain't called a booming thriving economy.
I feel so terrible for people we meet who have lost their homes, because both husband and wife, have lost jobs, let me tell ya, reality really sets in.

When housing is at it's worse and it cannot get any lower can it! why yes it can, people's home values are continuing plummenting, and values going down. This is in no way good for our economy. You need a good housing segment to stimulate the economy.
And businesses don't close doors or a good portion of their stores, in a thriving economy.
What is more important then really giving us the Economy he promised us the first go around, with his fancy slogan and words of HOPE N' CHANGE which turned out to be garbage. Tell yourself it is, when we actually have a booming economy, what ya gona call it then?

Obama stands for Division, i have never ever seen so many people divided since he has taken office.

well I am bothered by it. I am the first to say he deserves credit for being the one in office when Binny boy got his, I think his going to Afganistan yesterday was a great idea, but to turn the assasination into a political issue show total desparation. I am so tired of listening to his speeches about what he did. It is rarely what we did, it is what I did....
