Awesome news. I hope she can make it even more easily accessible for people that need it.

Good. The state doesn't have money to waste going after people over such a non-issue as smoking pot.

It's simply amazing to me that after decades of an utterly failed "war on drugs," we still have people who think that the solution is to waste even more money and ruin even more lives.

Exactly Jason. Its stupid to bother people for smoking an herb. Hell why don't we arrest people for smoking ciggs? They cause cancer among other diseases...I don't smoke weed or do any other drugs but I don't think the government has any right to tell people they can't use weed.

There are many problems weed can help with. Why does it matter if they want to use it in their own home without bothering anyone? We allow people to smoke ciggs in their own home...

Agreed. The so-called "War on Drugs" is a massive waste of money, manpower and lives. And weed is more plentiful now than ever before, that even teens can get it if they want to.

I have never seen the stuff, nor do I plan to use it, but I do not want to restrict someone else's decision on what to do with their bodies.

Prohibition didn't work for alcohol in the 20's and it doesn't work for marijuana now.

Hope you don't ever get cancer. Very insensitive to make such jokes. Clearly you don't understand how much MJ helps such people.
