HMMMMMMMMMM! So does this mean if Rasmussen has Obama up by leaps and bounds, you will dismiss the figures. Interesting. There was another poll out there yesterday, not Rasmussen that had Romeny up by 12% over Obama, and 2% up with women.

Rasmussen has been closer to final outcomes in the last couple or three elections than any of those others. Of course, the supporters of those others would tell you that Rasmussen is always wrong. How else can they keep you believing them.

BTW, have you seen Gallup trying for minority status lately by putting Romney over Obama. Surely they will lose their leading status saying things like that. You know, they aren't supposed to report what they learn, only what you left leaners want to hear.

I would not say way off but it is republican leaning. Gallup is too but not as bad as Rasmussen

At least now that Romney is leading in a Toss up state, maybe the MSM will start focusing on States instead of the national head to head because after all the election is won in the Electoral College not the popular vote.

Al Gore won the National vote and look what that got him (a beard and a 45lbs weight gain)

LOL! As opposed to the real obama??? We know who obama is which is why Romney will trounce him in November and all the hate ads the left will use won't change it. You backed the wrong horse in '08 and America knows it.

Correct. Polls taken this early mean nothing. Just because it shows Romney leading by 8 points is not the way it will end up.
By election time, Romney will be leading by 20+ points. This is going to be the biggest landslide in presidential election history...
Your corrupt leader is sinking further every day. By November, Michelle will vote for Romney...
But keep thinking positive thoughts, it will make our victory that much sweeter....

A "likely voter" poll 6 month out is fraught with problems. First and foremost, the right is always more worked up about elections and "definitely" going to vote which is why all the Rasmussen's have an early Republican bias. Dems are more laid back and will have to be called, driven, and reminded to get to the polls. It will depend on turnout in NC just like last time. Having the convention in NC will help energize the Dems there and it will not be moved at this date.

Nevertheless, Obama's fortunes rest on the economy. While things are picking up in that regard, there are so many dark clouds out there that it is anyone's guess which way will be headed come November.
