So how do they pay taxes if they arent people? How can they be required to follow the law if they arent people?

If corporation are people when Bain killed GST Steel they should still be paying the people they fired there health insurance & retirement

That makes absolutely no sense. Thats like saying you arent a person because when your child moves out, you dont continue to support them.

You can be a person without being in a corporation but you cannot have a corporation without at least three people.
