Congress has the responsibility to manage Federal properties, and any property has to be sent to Congress for approval if it is to be bought or sold. The authorization process goes through Congress just like a bill does, but it is not a law. It is only an approval.

Resolutions go through exactly the same process, and they are not laws either.

Most of the daily work Congress does involves this kind of stuff.

11 terms doesn't do much for his constituency if all he got accomplished was one little property sale.
That is another pitiful attempt at deflection. Just goes to show Paul as a lot of smoke and no fire.

Seems he did what he was elected to do and got re-elected.
