Poor sport and poor logic.

This is not a new phenomenon. Additionally, Wisconsin's biggest cities are far away from Minnesota. Minnesota's biggest cities are kind of close to Wisconsin. Therefore, it is easier to commute to a job from Wisconsin to Minnesota.
