He did not pick on Romney. He said Romney would be no more effective at change than Obama. The article states that he was a Bush guy. Willis simply expressed his frustration as Washington politics and he is right on the money with that. Congress is controlled by special interests and their money and no president is going to make positive headway against that. Until we get the money out of politics Hope and Change are not achievable.
