I want to know what Barack Obama is hiding about Fast and Furious. I want to know why he won't release all of his college records. I think it is far more likely that President Obama has the dirtier secrets of the two.

The amazing part is that the Romney campaign hasn't offered to trade FF and college transcripts for tax returns. Mitt's a bit overcautious on things like that I guess.

I was thinking something very similar today.. What a way to do a 180 onto Obama..

Romney should say.. I'll release 10 years of records, if the Obama administration releasing all the FF documents.. Then the press would start to attack Obama, rather than Romney..

I think they want him to show it so people will see exactly how much he was paid as CEO at Bain for doing nothing at all for those three years. At least 100K... could be 5 million bucks. It would make him look bad. Getting paid. For doing nothing, Wellmaybe he got paid for years to be uninvolved, uninformed, and to sign SEC filings.

That's all I can think of.

And he doesn't have to show them, either. It's not required.

Who says he is mishandling it? There is obviously something his campaign believes would be devastating in those returns. He is acting completely illogically if that is not the case.

I don't care about Romney's taxes. The majority of people in this country don't, either, which is proven by the polls - despite the constant barrage of attacks against Romney and his money (which makes no sense - do you want a poor person who's failed at everything he's tried in life to be President?), Obama isn't gaining any ground. In fact, polls are trending toward Romney.

This is a diversion, plain and simple, and you know it.
Certainly his internal polls would show that as well, don't you think? Romney is not citing a point of principle in not releasing his returns. He just does not want to do it. There is something very, very bad for his election chances in those returns and that is why he is withholding them. What could it be?

i don't understand the big deal about his tax returns. it's not like he didn't file them.

is everyone saying that the IRS agents are incompetent? if there was a problem in his tax returns, they should have handled it.

anyway, i bet if you ask all of our representatives to submit their tax returns, they all shut up.
