I think Romney will make an excellent president. He is a business man and knows how economy and finance works. .
Reagan wasn't a business man and repubs think of him as a God. Bush jr was a business man and look at the epic failure he was. Being a business man really means nothing since you do not have the capacity to hire and fire at will or even when needed.

When some people question why I would challenge his Bain record, the point I’ve made there in the past is, if you’re a head of a large private equity firm or hedge fund, your job is to make money. It’s not to create jobs. It’s not even to create a successful business – it’s to make sure that you’re maximizing returns for your investor. Now that’s appropriate. That’s part of the American way. That’s part of the system. But that doesn’t necessarily make you qualified to think about the economy as a whole, because as president, my job is to think about the workers. My job is to think about communities, where jobs have been outsourced.

Oh, wait. The OP says that Obama doesn't talk about the economy. The fact that Obama does talk about the economy undercuts the OP's claim that he doesn't.
Listening to Obama and his dirty politics is like watching a soap opera. He is so concerned about Bain but isn't allowing illegal immigrants to stay a form of outsourcing right here on American land.
Obama, I want to hear about:
About the 8.2% (15%) unemployed people and what you will do to get people to work?
The trillions in US National debt, each citizen's share of this debt is $50k. What is he going to do about decreasing US national debt?
The middle class are going to pay more in taxes, around $2700.00 less take home pay (if you make 50k). Some people who do not pay taxes now will now have to pay taxes after the expiration of the Bush tax cuts. What is he going to do to stop the increase taxes on Americans. AND, stopping a tax increase for 1 year is not the answer.
The only answer Obama has on the economy is how much worse it would have been had McCain been elected. The only problem with that is the economy bottomed in March 2009, before any of Obama's policies had a chance of taking effect. Obama should be judged on the recovery i.e. March 2009 through today.

You lefties have very short memories....
O.K., so now come with the, well filibuster.....
Blah blah blah, yea, we know, you got the memo....
Since 2010...taxes have went up. So do you blame Obama for the rise in taxes (people now have more income with him in office? ) or did Republican control just make taxes higher? I'm gonna go with rise in income, myself, since the economy has IMPROVED since Obama took office. It's funny how your argument is even more hilarious when you look at it that way.
