Many people say that it was Dick Cheney who was calling the shots in the worst administration in history, a Republican administration (2000-2008). He is now stumping for Romney. Isn't the implication here that Romney is nothing more than a continuation of Bush, and the policies that decimated this country? Cheney with Romney can't be good for Romney.

He raised $4 million in one campaign stop, not exactly the 'kiss of death' ...sheesh. We appreciate Dick Cheney's help immensely.

It is funny. I wonder how many Repubs, RWNJs aside, think it is a good thing?

I guess we should be upset because he's not out raising money from Hollywood.

They had a fund raiser together in Wyoming yesterday (I think) and no pictures were allowed. Can't have a photo or video of the candidate with a former VP who left office with one of the lowest approval ratings in history.

And, of course it means a Romney administration would be a continuation of the Bush years. Why would anyone think otherwise?

Not in most people's opinion.

The money in this election will reach a point of diminishing returns for both candidates. The real impact is in State offices and Congress. The next question is, who will the GOP Convention nominate in Aug?

Cheney will energize the base, and disgust everyone else. Like he always has.

Yes, but a picture of the two of them together apparently would be. Why might that be?

A pool of reporters was allowed into the country club event, but media photos of Cheney and Romney together were not permitted.

You mean you'll take his help raising money so long as he is never close enough to Mitt to frame a picture. I think the fact that the Romney campaign goes to such extraordinary lengths to make sure Mitt is never photographed with Cheney tells us how much they "appreciate" Dick.
