Sad. I have mixed emotion about this, mostly anger....
Paul still the Champion of the Constitution
Whether Romney & Co. will allow Paul to speak at the convention is anyone's guess.....

See everyone at the RON PAUL FESTIVAL in Tampa

i will always think highly of dr. paul, and now i am forming a good opinion of his son.

i see that rand is one of the few standing up for the whistleblower that we allowed to get thrown into jail:

(quote)Do you know what's amazing that should upset every American? A doctor in Pakistan is in prison for helping us find Bin Laden. And we're giving them our tax dollars. What exactly is wrong with our government? (and that's a very good question)

and his father, ron paul, is continuing forward with AUDIT THE FED, also a noble cause that americans should support.

if romney was smart about his VP, he would pick either ron or rand -- and his campaign would ignite because americans would actually believe that things could change.

What difference will Paul make if he's allowed to speak?
None. I expect he will get the podium, and there will be a lot of hollering from his supporters, but nothing will change. Conventions always allow time to the losers as a salve for the soreheads.

I think the noise will be nothing like 1976, when Reagan lost the nomination to Ford. The parade in the hall lasted for 30 minutes, but it didn't change a damn thing.

That Ron Paul Festival is silly. Conventions are for politics, not country music shows featuring political interludes.

But it did set the stage for the next election. Which is the emphasis of Ron Paul's campaign at this point.

Ron Paul has 12 states with a majority of delegates.
According to the GOP Convention, he only needed 5 to be on the ballot.

Tell that to Bobby Kennedy.
Who exactly was the loser?

What? Are you implying that someone will assassinate Ron Paul? Furthermore, are you implying an attempt on Paul's life will come from one of his followers? At the convention, no less?

Buddy, you don't know your history. Bobby Kennedy never lived to make it to the convention. He was shot at a campaign appearance long before the convention convened.

Who was the loser? All of us. Bobby Kennedy would have stopped the Viet Nam war in early 1969 if he had lived, and he would have been elected in a landslide over Nixon. You don't know a damn thing about him or what he did as Attorney General.

This response was ridiculous.
