I'm sure that's the safest way to transport a dog.

It's sad that the left can't find anything on Romney. The supposed party of tolerance picks on his wife for using a method of therapy for her illness and makes jokes about it. Very sad!!!
Yawn, you mean the same party of tolerance that talks about the Socialist, Unamerican, Muslim, from Kenya, who's uppity and is a racist against white people?
Some of you Pugs are a joke, really.
And you know damn well, this joke was against the way, the horse is transported to London, not about the activity itself.

Yes. And the racists who oppose the President in many of these discussions would probably point to the fact the President's horse was an Arabian (which many show horses are, of that breed), and extrapolate from that ... that the horse is a islamist symbol ... and further extrapolate that the President, by choosing an Arabian stallion, was further demonstrating that he was a Muslim himself. They're sick bastards.

On this point - the Romney's horse representing the United States of America in the Olympic Games - give it a rest. It's a huge honor for any horse owner, and with some skill/luck the horse will win us a Gold medal.

Are you curious about Terresa Heinz Kerry's returns? Does their yacht fall under the same category of luxuries that the wealthy enjoy? Didn't they try to dock their yacht in a different state to avoid taxes? Were you this upset then?

The wealthy have tax cuts that are available to everyone whether they use them or not. It doesn't change the fact that the wealthy pay the taxes for those that don't contribute.
I can't rep you enough!!! :ok:

You outrage is misplaced. If the IRS is o.k. with the legitimacy of the write-off, then Governor Romney is simply doing what any thinking U.S. citizen should do. Work within the tax code, to minimize one's personal and/or business taxes. Perhaps, when you have gained some personal financial success, you will have a more rounded understanding of things.

Until then, your outrage needs to be at the writers of the tax code. That would be the Congresses for the last 100 years.

Anything else is just cheap, baseless politics.

Wake up and smell the horse****!

The idea of owning a horse for medical purposes is some serious next-level wannabe aristocrat stuff. That's the joke. It's like having a solid platinum bidet.

Yeah, I guess you're right. But it seems there are some that disagree with you. I know how liberals hate that, so I hate to have to tell you.

Brain Injured Vets Benefit from "Horses for Heroes" Rehabilitation - Health Care - Veterans Health Administration

It seems the VA also uses horses for rehabilitation. To my way of thinking I guess that would make it legitimate.

Incidently, as a kid, I had numerous friends that had horses just for the pleasure of it. They weren't wealthy and no platinum bidets...but they did have indoor plumbing.

I find it hard to understand why people have taken to such a hatred for Presidential candidates having money. I can't figure out when that started. Are you aware of the fact that the Clintons have twice as much money as George W Bush? What about the Kennedy compound??

The lengths liberals are going to to try to make Romney look bad are astounding and hypocritical. Can't you find one positive thing Obama has done to use in his campaign? I'm guessing he has made quite a few bucks since he's been in office. Do you hate him as well?

No as usual it is someone from the left that is trying to bring race into the issue. Thanks for playing.

Ahh I see, so you're saying Anne Romeny has severe brain injuries from her military service. Thanks for the clarification, I had no idea. What a brave person.

Also, I didn't know those vets individually owned their horses, and got to write them off for tax purposes. Cool beans.

Oh, I thought the question was about the validity of using animals for rehabilitation.

I didn't realize it was just bald faced jealousy. What excuse did Kerry have for owning a yacht? Did it bother you that the Kennedys were considered to be a part of a Dynasty and referred to as living in Camelot? I don't think I really even heard much of a stink about the well known fact that Joseph Kennedy made the Kennedy fortune by illegally bootlegging liquor.

As a matter of fact, there are some issues with Obama and Tony Rezco and real estate matters but they weren't much of an issue for libs either. I guess it's commonplace for Democrats to make their money on the shady side of the street.

No matter though. Carry on with your green with envy day.

In case you missed your latest posting instructions, the DNC has decided to quit using the horse issue in their campaign attacks.

DNC Regrets Offending Ann Romney, No More Horse Videos - ABC News

This is the second time this week ABC has had to apologize for their reporting tactics. First they attack the Romneys for owning a horse (God knows no other Americans do) and then for saying James Holmes the Aurora shooter was a Tea Party member. Sounds like a law suit is in the makings for that one.

You should be proud of the company you keep. They believe that it is fine to lie and deceive as long as it pushes their agenda.
