The ONLY reason Moonbat Obama is saying that is because he cannot defend his own record on the economy and the economy being in the dumps is the entire reason anyone would even think of saying something that stupid.

Government doesn't do ANYTHING without those business people and corporations paying them TAXES!

Maybe you should hold up a sign at the nearest bridge thanking BUSINESSES for making that bridge possible. The government didn't even build it....private contractors did....government only handed them the money.

Taking that quote out of context

Putting it IN CONTEXT is actually even WORSE!!!

He said it and even Ed Rendell said it was a stupid remark.

Something to be proud of Obama (see below)
Except that the Republicans are responsible for most of that debt. Saying that Obama spent all of that money is stupid. You sort of forgot to add that to your post so I'll help you out. Also, Florida is far from an economic or intellectual powerhouse. Perhaps these idiots should spend some time holding people who irresponsibly bought real estate to account.

I'm the last person who's going to jump up and down and turn the president into some kind of super hero, but that doesn't change that fact that the Romney camp LIED and took what he said out of context. It's really clear from the quote that he was talking about government reinvestment in technology and infrastructure--public education, roads and bridges, etc. and not telling business owners that they didn't build their own business. He goes on in the next sentence to talk again about government reinvestment that supports business (the internet). Only a complete and total idiot, OR someone playing games, could read this with the spin the Romney camp is trying to play.

This doesn't help Romney. The tax return issue isn't going away, and this kind of crap just reinforces the perception that he has a BIG problem with telling the truth. The ad was a dumb move by his advisers, but his whole campaign is being mismanaged, so that doesn't surprise me.

"If you were successful, somebody along the line gave you some help. There was a great teacher somewhere in your life. Somebody helped to create this unbelievable American system that we have that allowed you to thrive. Somebody invested in roads and bridges. If you've got a business, you didn't build that. Somebody else made that happen," he said. "The Internet didn't get invented on its own. Government research created the Internet so that all the companies could make money off the Internet."

I'll give you a hint on logical fallacies that I guess you weren't taught in grade school or maybe you couldn't understand it. That A happens during the same time that B happens, it doesn't mean that A caused B. The current deficits are the cause of the Great Recession. The party most at fault for that is the Republican Party and the idiots of 2000-2006 who cared more about Janet Jackson's breasts than dealing with the looming sub-prime mortgage mess or the lack of oversight in the financial system.

Basically, there are a lot of really stupid people on this forum who constantly equate that since Obama is in office that the spending is his fault. They're typically too stupid to realize or too emotional to accept that their ideology caused this mess.

Aww, you can't even come up with your own arguments? You paste youtube videos? Bahahaha. Seriously, did you do that bad in school that you can't even justify your own opinions?

Sorry man, I would never do anything that an intellectual drawf asks me to do especially watch some useless youtube video.

If you can't in your own words make reasoned arguments that you can yourself justify, then you don't have the brains to post on this forum. The Log Out button is up on the right hand side.

When you come up with some ideas of your own that actually make sense, please feel free to post them.

I already explained why there's deficit there. That Great Recession thing that started before Obama took office. I take it you've never studied any economics before.

It's sort of funny how the least intelligent people on here always seem to ignore the concept of causation in their arguments.
