I can't figure it out. At least Obama had something he wanted to accomplish. No, he hasn't been wildly successful (but he hasn't been a total failure either), but he did want to use that office to actually change some things.

What does Romney want? Why is he running? He doesn't seem to have any overarching ambition to do much of anything but hold the office. It's like he just wants it to put a big, bright period to his life's resume'.

In fact, he reminds me very much of Lamar Alexander. He ran for President several times and just wanted the office too badly to be trustworthy. He too didn't want to be President for any recognizable reason than to...well...be President.

Daddy issues. Mitt wants what his father couldn't get.

I am hoping it is to stop us from following the Greeks path. All I know is without change our nation will soon be paying a lot more interest to finance our debts. We are left with no choice but to vote for Romney and hope for change.

The accolades and prestige. There is nothing noble in Romney wanting to be POTUS for the simple reason that there is nothing noble about Romney period. Self-serving extraordinaire.

Yeah, Obama wanted "change". That's why he lied throughout his campaign. How ridiculous if you think there was an ounce of honesty in him when he was running in 2008.

- Said a healthcare mandate was like forcing the homeless to buy a house.
- Bringing home the troops was the first thing he would do.
- Flip-flopped on same sex marriage several times.

Oh brother, not this again! Didn't we already suffer enough from GW and HIS daddy issues [coughcough Iraq coughcough]??

I think he wants to be president to gain even more money. I think he wants to sell America out to the highest bidder, who happens to be Sheldon Adelson, who happens to want the justice system in his front shirt pocket. Now there's my lefty liberal conspiracy theory for y'all!
