If any of this were true and Obama was proven to be inelligible, beyond the criminal aspect of it and all the heads that would roll in the FBI, the CIA, and other places in DC, what type of sanctions would the democrat party have to face.I'm thinking it would be along the lines of what the NCAA did to Penn State.
No democrat could run for president for 4 years. The DNC would be fined $100 million. The democrats would lose 25 committee memberships and heads. Obamas term as president would be removed, the next president would be the 44th President.

Actually according to a source, the guy behind the ads who owns the Conservative Majority Fund is named Larry Ward who is a protege of Dick Morris, President Clinton's former campaign advisor and Fox News pundit. Lawrence also is president of PoliticalMedia.com.
Larry must have fallen on hard times then. It can't have cost much more than $25 and a case of beer to have these "ads" made.
What is the difference between checking the box for for Obama or "ANYONE CLAIMING TO BE A DEMOCRAT THIS WEEK" on the ballot? Not a thing different, based on what we know about Obama before becoming President. The Democrat voters don't seem to care.

Don't be goofy. The average person (even the right-wing nutburgers who pretend to know nothing about him) know more about Obama than any other modern president. This is something I test regularly when I meet Birthers in person.
Out of google range, they can tell you what hospital Obama was born in at the drop of a hat. But not Bill Clinton's or Jimmy Carter's. About half believe that George W. Bush was born in Texas. None can ever name one of Bush's grandmothers... but they know both of Obama's. They know the name of his high school, of his 2 Indonesian elementary schools... hell, they know the name of the obstetrician who delivered him and the Hawaii Registrar who signed his birth certificate. They know where he lived when he was 6. They know where he went to church and the name of his pastor.
And yet they look at you with a straight face and assert with deep feeling that they "know nothing about this man!"
I swear, if they were smart enough to experience cognitive dissonance, their heads would explode.
