Clinton is speaking at the Democratic convention. So where is George W.Bush if the Republicans are so proud of his achievements why isn't he speaking at their convention ?

Because Bush was too Liberal and authoritarian and criminal...

The Tea Party put some fear into em but they hijacked em...

Jeb has future ambitions though...

If Bush spoke at the convention and said nice things about Romney/Ryan it would be the kiss of death for them, and they are painfully aware of it, as is the republican party.

America has not forgotten what W did to it. It still can't sit comfortably.

Clinton is only speaking at your convention because the President is hoping the Dems will get confused and think Obama's ideas are the same as Clinton's and people actually thought Clinton was effective.

Because he has chosen not to attend the convention; he announced that weeks before the speaking list was announced. He feels and rightfully so, this is Romneys showtime, not his. It is not unusual for an X Pres not to speak, heck if they all spoke it would take forever...Now, Clinton, that is a different thing: the Democrats need someone to help lift Obama up and rejuvenate the party...

Are you saying that we need to force him to do so?

Bill Clinton likes to make MONEY and be the center of attention. He may even pick up some lose Liberal babes.

George Bush retired from political life and doesn't ***** himself out.

Bush already said he wouldn't ACCEPT any invitation even if it was offered to him.

Republicans focus on the FUTURE, not the PAST.
