Yes but Romney would spend $$$ in WI even if Ryan wasn't on his ticket, especially given that he will have more $$$ to spend than Obama will after the RNC.

W came very, very close to winning the state in both 2000 and 2004. Especially given that Walker won his recall election by a fairly large margin in a high turnout election, the Romney campaign would be stupid not to force Obama to defend the state.

All across America. From 40 Senate seats in 2009 to 55 or so GOP in 2013. Now in control of 29 governors offices, and in many states, all state chambers.

The turnaround was all made possible by Barrack Hussein Obama.
