Really, where I live you are encouraged to listen to both sides and welcomed to voice your own opinion. People don't try to force you with the threat of reprocussions.
To you it is not a good reason because he does not preach dependancy on the government. Maybe if you would clean your ears out and open your mind you would hear all the good reasons.
Spell check the bold. Seriously, if your zip is 11111 as you indicate, you would be in Obama-land, based on knowing that 11375 is Forest Hills, Queens, NYC. But, please, unclog my ears and offer up some of these good reasons.
Have you noticed that they can't offer one single good reason why Romney SHOULD be President, other than 1) he has been a business man, and 2) he will bring about change.
And if you think EITHER candidate will whittle away at that quickly, you are delusional. The issue is complicated, and global. That's why a lot of people are fearing there's a "new normal" in America, and one that's not good. But thank GWB for planting the seeds. So, where's 11111 ? Sounds analogous to a fictitious phone number for a movie starting with 555-xxxx.
Even more importantly, tell us how many times the GOP has blocked jobs bills. Do you know? Do you care?
They know, but their entire game this election year is to pretend that Bush didn't happen or that Republicans in Congress have been nothing but worthless obstructionists since Obama took office.
I find the RNC to be an event of shameful proportions. The speakers are disingenuous and heavily scripted. They don't speak from a foundation of truth, sincere intentions, or a record of success. The ideology that is the basis of the presence hasn't helped this country in the last 20 years. Deceptive marketing and flim-flam define the Romney-Ryan ticket.
Easy to ignore this historically-meaningless and absurd event. The RNC screams FLIM FLAM R US.

Let's look closely at the campaign promises of Obama of 08 shall we? I'm sure you don't really want to talk about disingenuous when there are topics like the current unemployment numbers, Fast and Furious, the failing economy, the loss of per capita income, the Afganistan war still ongoing, the insertion of American forces in Libya, and the list goes on... I'm not even a republican, but I see through this president like the cheap suit that he is. Everything he has touched has been a failure, from the economy to foreign policy. What is disingenuous is that you are sent here to post such tripe.
Your candidate is a great speaker and persuader, nothing more, after that, he seriously lacks the skill to run this country and our economic condition is proof of that. I would rather our president be a great business person who understand economy and has more skill than Obama.
Try to stay on topic, i.e., the speeches this evening. There will be enough time to debate the candidates.
The village idiot does make for some good laughs though, you gotta admit.
True. It just that the hypocrisy on the Left continues to abound... And yet they'll never admit to it, perhaps because they know it's true and perhaps because mass delusion will always be a powerful phenomenon.
