I guess I'm the only one who is following ALL the news and interviews. Condi Rice was interviewed earlier today and said this:

"There is no doubt the United States' voice has been muted. When the United States' voice is muted, the world is a more dangerous place. At a time when Syria is butchering its people and Iran is aiding, the United States should stop relying on the United Nations Security Council to act."

Isn't that what happened in 2003?

Biden's babbling nonsense will be exposed by the super articulate Ryan in that debate.
