[quote=BucsLose;25787889] It is clear bias, as usual and you know it. You have your head so far down in the liberal gutter, you either dont see it or see it and will never admit it. Its so obvious how the news media works in favor of some over others, dont act like its doesnt exist. [/QUOTE

Thank You!

Your baseless, asinine remark about the "liberal gutter", is just another example of the self-Righteous making a lame attempt at climbing up on the high moral horse they don't have a friggin' clue how to ride, shows your own bias blinds you to any possibility of reasonable discussion.

Head on down to your so-called "liberal gutter", you'll find many, many, many of the self-Righteous there to keep you company.

Remind me again, did these networks do specials on Reverend Wright and black liberation theology in 2008? Did they care then, what exactly it was the Obama's church of 20 years taught, believed?

They dont even try to hide their bias anymore. They just do it.
President Obama's religious affiliations were delved-into deeply and he has spoken about them. Then he was elected. That's a non-issue this time around.

Mitt Romney is a leader of a religion many Americans believe to be a "cult." The founder of the LDS is someone who's behavior is and was controversal. The group holds religious beliefs which are outside the beliefs of most other "religious" persons in the USA. I think it's fair to examine the influence of the "cult" on his life and his decision-making process. If he's elected that will impact us all. The nation discussed the first Roman Catholic President (when he was a candidate), talked about the impact of the Society of Friends on the life of Richard Nixon, on Jimmy Carter's deeply held religious beliefs, and the religious beliefs of other candidates/presidents.

And? Something to hide in the Temple?
you attend a church for 20 years.
you write a book about how the pastor of that church is your spiritual father.
you let everyone know you became a christian because of what that pastor said, then it is perfectly accpetable to listen to that pastor to find out what he says.

if he says things like God dam n America, then the guy owns the comments. period. except in America where NBC, ABC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN are all complicit in the cover-up.

Funny thing is, democrats in general and C-D liberals have repeatedly defended muslims and would be aghast if republicans challenged some muslim running for office (if it was a democrat muslim).

but let a republican be a morman and shoot the world is going to end.

democrats in their utter hypocracy tried to pain GWB as a walled eyed crazy because of his christian faith and the guy is a Methodist! you cant hardly get more mainstream than Methodist.

What else would you call it? You cant deny that overwhelming amount of bias and how the media picks and chooses what they tell the public based on their own agenda. Liberals who stand for this sort of thing are just as bad and disgusting as the media is. Because you dont care about the truth or the facts. You dont care that the media fails this country more and more every day. Even Jake Tapper admitted the media is failing the country. The difference is, most liberals are proud of it. They dont want a real watch dog for the people, they want their own agenda no matter the cost.

Everything I hear says its a somewhat goofy religion but the practioners are happy and decent and family oriented.
The polygamy aspect is troubling but thats the exception and you can't single out mormons for that. South Park did an episode on them and did it quite well. What's the big deal.
Why does ABC care? Did they do a similar show on islam before the 2008 election? If so, I guess its a little odd but they're at least consistant.

Seems to me I recall everyone of those channels running clips of Rev. Wright's sermons repeatedly for several months.

Obama was a member of the United Church of Christ which traces it roots in America to the Puritans and Pilgrims. Also pretty mainstream.

One thing following the coverage of Rev. Wright over the past 6 years is that many Conservatives, including those in the press, often appear not to be interested in the truth when it conflicts with the narrative they are trying to spin.
