For 3+ years all we've heard from Obama and the Left is how evil those Wall Street Bankers are.

Obama has practically formed his entire platform on class warfare and "fairness" of equity.

But when it came time to actually prosecute Goldman-Sachs (who he even named as criminal) or one of his own cronies Jon Corzine.....Obama suddenly doesn't think they need punished.

That proves beyond any doubt that all his rhetoric has been just pandering and is a bunch of hooey.

Lawyer James Koutoulas was on with Rick Santelli yesterday.

Koutoulas told Santelli:

“Crimes were unequivocally committed… I will take this to all 50 states. And we will win. We will get a conviction of Jon Corzine.”

Stock Market Watch reported:
Best quotes from Koutoulas:

“Crimes were unequivocally committed and I will do whatever I can to continue to do the government’s job for it and help see justice done.”

“MF Global had a choice. Do we cheat or go out of business. And they cheated. They broke the law. And these took these customer funds to cover margin calls.”

“Attorney General Eric Holder’s Department of Justice is the biggest enabler of financial crime in U.S. history.”

And the kill shot:

I will take this to all 50 states. And we will win. We will get a conviction of Jon Corzine. And the next time a sociopath CEO says ‘Do I go out of business or do I cheat,’ he’s gonna think about President Obama’s biggest fundraiser in an orange jumpsuit in state prison.”

Good. But im sure the DOJ will try and step in and prevent it or hide something. Obama's DOJ does not pursue justice. They play politics. That has already been proven from the very first year of Obama's term.

the department of justice eric holder is guilty as well he should shut up and get sued too.

gg eric shut up and have your criminal friends arrested if jon corzine and him are found not guilty then there is no justice and this is even more justification for revolt against all this bs corruption.

and to aone both sides demo and repubs are mostly smile bags both sides need to be tossed out into the trash and burned alive if it was legal that is.

either way romney/obama = we lose.

By time this lands in a court, the DOJ will have made dramatic changes. And I suspect it won't be reluctant to release appropriate documentation.

This will most likely play out beyond the ability of Holder to intervene on his behalf. The only question is whether or not Obama absolves him of any prosecution on his way out of office.

I wouldn't be surprised to see this happen.

No, he is bad because of his continued refusal to go after all of the financial corruption.

Hello?

The OP doesn't say a word about anyone's campaign donations.

Where is that even mentioned?

It's pretty obvious that the OP was about Obama not prosecuting either Goldman-Sachs or Jon Corzine

It happens when the forum software replaces a word they have banned with another one.

I see you read the thread, but didn't bother to try and defend Obama for not prosecuting these people.
