Obama: Republicans Will Be Willing To Deal In My Second Term | TPM2012

Really, Mr President ???

I hope the brother's right, but I gotta give that one five .

Instead, I'm still betting on there being an impeachment in Obama's future, on some trumped-up charge or other, if he gets a second term, and has to face a GOP House and Senate.

It's just the way the GOP operates (see recent history)

The Republicans are just as willing to deal as the Democrats are. We had a budget, you guys had a budget (at least the president did). Neither side wanted to budge. Same on about every issue.

1. Show me a video where Obama is expressing a similar sentiment.

2. You made the claim that Republicans are willing to work with Democrats, it is your job to prove your statement.

3. Because I'm bored, I did a few searches for bills that were filibustered by Republicans. There is a list of them on this site (I didn't research them all):

He's right. And the reason is simple. Obama will not be seeking reelection. They will be. He can play as much hardball as he likes.
