Do you think he's forcing the new mileage standard because of some devotion to better car mileage? No, he is not. Why would he do that when federal revenue comes from a gasoline tax? Because once better mileage is in play, he's going to tax us by how many miles we drive. Who will be paying this new tax? Not people who live in cities but people who live in the suburbs. He wants us to move back to the cities.
Obama's real motive is to have the suburbs come under the control of the major cities so suburban wealth is redistribued to the inner cities and there is no such thing as suburbia anymore. Following that will be a requirement for low income housing every time a new development goes up in the former suburbs.
Research "Building One America" and Obama as well as Obama and the "Gamaliel Project." It has nothing to do with fake energy goals but forcing people to move back toward the cities so he can redistribute wealth.
So, the response to a sensible plan to boost gas mileage is paranoia about what Obama's 'real plan' is? Maybe his real plan is to boost mileage?
But, you see, the right-wing can't admit that because they can't admit Obama has any good plans. So they have to make up far-fetched conspiracy theories that fit within their psychotic puzzle that Obama is out to destroy America.
Obama is running on blame, fear and more shovel ready jobs.
