Tonight, Clinton will take it to an even higher level and tomorrow Obama will take it over the top.

We shouldn't be surprised, the party that cares about the rights of women, gays, voters, minorities, the middle class and the poor is getting the accolades. Oh yeah, let's not forget the veterans, the ones that were given no honors or thanks at the RNC.
Wish I could rep you for this post. I believe you are absolutely right...especially judging by some of the petty posts in this thread about everything from Michelle's sleeveless dress to the weather.

Why would Jerusalem embassy issue be needed in a Political Party platform? ....

Why was it important in 2008 to be in their platform?

PS: They also removed language about Hammas being a terrorist organization.

I wouldn't hold your breath. Cinebar is trying to think up a way to defend Scrooge Biden's measly 1.5% of their income to charity.

Bidens Donate Paltry Amount to Charity in 2011 - Joe Biden - Fox Nation

Oh, and let's see what "charities" Maobama contributed his undeserved Nobel Peace Prize money to:

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/...e-nobel-money/

But there's something really odd here. The article states:

Quote:
The largest award will go to a non-profit group that supports the families of gravely wounded troops.
Oh that's nice, I thought. But then I added up all of the donations to the "charities" listed, none of which are the Wounded Warriors Project, and it comes to $1.4M. I guess he means the Fisher House non-profit. Hmmmm...........

Absent any substantive argument, some frustrated people will regress to being petty. Serves no purpose, and sadly, it's all too common.

It is the subtleties that you miss, Bob. In 2008 and before, it was in the platform; a form of public support of Israel,if you will. And, now it is not.

And, don't you find it odd that Chuck schumer, on one hand says he is the 'foremost' democratic authority on Israel in the Senate, then in the next breath, says, "I dunno know what the prez' policy on Israel is."

I guess your thought on the removal of God is the same, right? Why bother. Right.

Default No God for Democrats

God out of Democratic platform - Houston Chronicle

I think Obama is getting his socialist anti-religion agenda out there.
