Perhaps n purpose or just a big ego....to keep going on and on and on...

Btw Clinton is not Obama and were gonna be stuck with Obama who is not a uniter like Clinton was and spoke about!

Huge difference!

People are not stupid!

Nobody claims Obama should have been able to make in 3.5 years a full recovery, but at least a better recovery as we have right now and by Obama's own words....

" if we vote for this stimulus we will not have unemployment over 8%".... We know it has not been under 8% for all these years and " If I can't get it done in 3.5 years than I don't deserve a second term...we'll Mr. president; for one time be honest and keep your word!

Bye bye Mr. president,

LOL!

I bet that speech DID seem REALLY REALLY long to Repugs!

Fact after fact after fact about the lies and nastiness of Romney and Ryan....must've been like agony for Repugs!

You know, it's actually kind of sad.

Both candidates - I don't think, represent where most
Americans want to go. We've got the spins, the speeches, the flash, and
Clinton is looking better than both

We just want to go back

But seriously, Bill's economy was not all his own doing - dot.com's were alive and well.
Student loan reform wasn't even really talked about - Sallie Mae was still King.
We were bombing in the Middle East.
Those ARE the facts - even though no one wants to hear it.

The difference between then and now is Money. We don't have it.
If I could direct anyone to a party that would matter, it would be the Libertarian Party

Clinton rocked the stage last night - no doubt about it.
Obama might try to repeat, but he's not Clinton. And Romney can't be either - which
in a weird way I see as his greatest asset.

But Gary Johnson would give us the results, the two party system doesn't really want.

I thought it was a great speech as well mb1547. There's no doubting that Clinton has charisma in spades, unlike Romney or Ryan.

Default Democratic convention- adding God and Jerusalem

Did anyone see the democratic platform amendment vote that added God and Jerusalem to the platform? It was hilarious! They had a "vote" for all those in favor vs opposed. The numbers "for" and "against" the measure were about equal (which required 2/3 majority to pass), yet they put the "issues" back in the platform anyway. The hall was filled with boos.

It seems as though essentially half of democrats really do oppose Jews and God. It was funny as hell, but the truth hurts!

Maybe you should have read through the whole thread before embarassing yourself by calling things "facts", that have already been disputed
