what is a delegate:A political delegate is a person elected or employed to represent the party in the political arena. Each state has a different process for choosing delegates and a different amount of delegates. Your political delegates represent you in hopefully try and get the candidate that you want. There are also super-delegates who lead the party they are affiliated with.

While I will not argue that you can't find the same stupid arguments from both sides and both sides will condemn things they then support when their guy is in office, I wouldn't have picked an example from a 16 year old to offset what a delegate to the convention said.
