I noticed the same thing. Along with the headline "Divided state still a toss-up" which misrepresents the poll results. Presumably it was written by someone not entirely enthused with Obama.. Cincinnati, that whole area, is right wing city...
MOE is tied to a confidence interval. Say it is 95% for this poll. That means that there is only a 5% chance that the poll is off by 5 points. In other words, less than a 1 in 20 chance that the poll is that wrong and that Romney takes Ohio. Romney supporters will take that! LOL.
No what I meant by the 5% was, that is the lead Obama has in the poll, kinda convenient that is the margin of error when most polls are 2 to 4%.... Also the Suburban belt around Cincinnati is extremely Red..... Even the City council is split...

Well lookie there. Obama is back on top in both Gallup and Rasmussen daily trackers today. On RCP average, there is no longer any poll that has Romney in front.
