The most recent Gallup Poll of economic confidence showed an 11 pt gain in one week- the largest one week gain ever in the Polly's history:

Poll: Spike in economic confidence - Alex Byers - POLITICO.com

This poll provides one answer to the question, are we better off now that four years ago? Today, the indicator of confidence is at -13. Four years ago today, it was -60!!! ( it has never been in purely positive territory)

Poor Mitt- making the argument for the decline of America, just when things are starting to tick up again!

Mitt Romney, the WRONG MAN at the WRONG TIME...

Too soon to say we told ya so?

the sharpest increase since the polling organization began daily tracking in 2008.
Best gain in HISTORY (meaning 4 years) from a poll started at one of the lowest points in economic history. Statistics....go figure.

It's honestly getting to the point where one cannot even muster the effort to laugh at these daily threads trying to find ANYTHING positive to make up for what amounts to an ABSOLUTE failure of Barrack Obama and his performance as we approach the 4 year mark.

It's like showing up to watch Game 7 of the World Series only to realize the game was played the night before.

Or in this case, a game of fantasy baseball with the 2008 team.

haha, thats funny because we heard the same thing 4 years ago, as Democrats tried to tell us that it was confidence that we were getting a change in the White House..

LOLOL Gurbie, thanks for showing everyone how much you do NOT understand cause and economic effects. Do you understand what the almost certain QE3 is doing to the stock market. Do you understand what QE3 is? This is truly the definition of insanity.

Do you understand that interest rates have been kept at record lows and what this means. Do you understand what will happen when interest rates go up and they will soon do this. I surely hope everyone got out of those ARM's. Are you invested in gold? Do you know that we are about to get another downgrade. Did you know that we are headed for another recession?
