Do you KNOW for a FACT that Obama's Dad was an American citizen?

If not, then they have a valid complaint.

no, they don't.

a parent's citizenship has no affect on a person's US natural born citizenship status ( with the one exception being children of foreign diplomats ).

from ankeny v daniels:

"Based upon the language of Article II, Section 1, Clause 4 and the guidance provided by Wong Kim Ark, we conclude that persons born within the borders of the United States are "natural born Citizens" for Article II, Section 1 purposes, regardless of the citizenship of their parents."

Don't know, don't care, and that ground has been covered in so many threads, it's not even funny. If you're born on US soil, you're a citizen at birth, making you a natural born citizen and so qualified to run for President.

But if you want to march under Orly Taitz' banner, please feel free. I'll point and laugh.
