This guy, Kamil Saleem, has been on the Christian Right lecture circuit for years now, with his shtick about being a former terrorist who found Christ, a recruiter for Al Qeda, a lieutenant for Saddam, blah blah. Saleem claims he has secret knowledge of the ins and outs of the radical Muslim movement, which he shares with the FBI. By virtue of this knowledge, Saleem can somehow tell that Obama is well on his way to establishing a Caliph right here in the USA.
As this goober shares a stage with our would-be veep Ryan (and Romney in a video link), and wows his gullible audience, there is a problem: his story is a bunch of hooey!

Saleem spent 10 years working for Robertson and Dobson in various capacities, before hitting on the idea for his "former terrorist" persona, and started making a living on the Christian Whacko rubber chicken circuit. He was exposed as a fraud in 2008, along with a couple other guys running the same scam, but I guess the news is slow to penetrate the thick skulls of his willing-dupe hosts.
