Why? Does religious intolerance and ridicule of the beliefs of others make for a better voter?

Romney's religion doesn't matter to me. His horrible policies are what worry me.

I may not ever agree with either of you on politics, but I tip my hat to you two for those remarks!

You're 100% correct.

KUDOS.......and I'm an Atheist by the way.

Where's the evidence that it does?

Did John Kerry's being a Catholic scare you from voting for him?

Does the fact that Harry Reid is a Mormon scare you?

Or are you so partisan that you'd attack a man's religion over his stated platform?

yes, I will be honest and say that I have trouble understanding people who base their faith on a new religion
such as mormonism and scientology. these are newer religions agewise and to me it is so clear that
they where "invented" for a purpose , control. .I think that about many religions but these two are so new that the facts have not
been muddled by thousands of years.
It does not scare me, just makes me wonder what makes believers overlook some of the rather " interesting" facts of their religion.
label me , fine, I take it that everybody would be fine with a scientologist running for president next?

I am not ridiculing , more seeing the humor .

does ridiculing me for stating this make for a better, more tolerant person?
