...given the damage that they do to the United States.

Sensata Employees Ask Romney to Save Jobs From Bain Offshoring - NYTimes.com

'Nonetheless, Mr. Romney remains deeply tied to business decisions like this. As Bain’s founder, he established its business model, which is to wring the maximum efficiency from a company for the benefit of Bain’s investors, even if that means closing plants, shipping jobs to China, and laying off American workers. That’s how private equity often works, and Bain has done it many times before, sometimes to the benefit of a company’s workers, and sometimes to their detriment.
When Bain first led a buyout of Sensata, in fact, it laid off hundreds of American workers and sent their jobs offshore. As the Times reported, the Labor Department spent $780,000 retraining some of the laid-off employees.'

'Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.'

Right-wingers say they regard socialists and communists as their enemy. Yet they outsource our jobs to Communist China.

Businesses on both sides do it. However, it's the government policies that makes it an attractive option. If you're upset about it, why not examine why they do it?

I would charge him with conspiracy to commit grand theft and as an accessory to any suicides that happened due to unemployment resulting from Bain actions. The RW's always preach responsibility so it is time they took some responsibility for the results of their actions.

Considering your govt has killed more jobs and sent more overseas than anybody I doubt you will find much being prosecuted here. Many venture capital companies are heavily invested in by pension and other investment funds Your govt only cares about its profit. SO by all means good luck with "treason" charges.
