You seem to be ignorant of the facts. Here is what happened:
The Bank of New England made a $38 million loan to Bain and then the bank failed. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC) tried to collect on the loan. Bain still had time on the loan and was not obligated to pay it back early. The FDIC negotiated with Bain and reduced the loan to $28 million if it was paid back early. The extra $10 million was paid for by tapping other FDIC-member banks.

These negotiations happen all the time when banks or companies go under like the Bank of New England did.

O'reilly said, the other night, that Gas is at $4.00 a gallon...... Not here in Florida it isn't. He also said House prices have fallen............... My House here in Florida has now increased in price... Sales are also up here.
We could always vote Romney in and go straight back to 2008 when the Stock market had crashed, millions lost their homes and around 800,000 jobs were being lost every month.
When i see people on here saying how more people are now dependent on the Govt. and more and more are on food stamps............. guess what..... It was Bush and the Republican's that put us deep in the dumpster and that is why more and more now need the Govt. to help them.............. Get real here.
Four years later and still blaming Bush. Pathetic! BTW you need to take off the blinders. Gas prices have doubled in the US since Obama took office. Housing prices have plummeted NATIONWIDE. Debt has soared over $5T and there are less people working now then before he spent that $5T.
