Congratulations you are 0 for 11. Unconstitutional does not mean "stuff I don't like"......LOL

Not only is no one stupid enough to pay a lawyer to challenge most of your points, in the few cases where it did go to the courts, it was ruled constitutional.

Leave to a right wing poster on CD to get it all wrong, and be totally oblivious (or sympathetic) to Obama's real unconstitutional acts.

What's your point with this thread?

To learn or to defend Obama?
To learn. It is a discussion forum, I would think it would be pretty easy to relay what you're talking about. I have never read anything about Obama assassinating American citizens. Obviously that would be against the Constitution, but it should also be true.

Please write what you think Obama has done that is unconstitutional and cite the specific Section/Article/Amendment that was abused. (Please keep it to actual actions, not conspiracy theories.)
Get reading- this is just the short list

Liberals love totalitarianism, so I am sure that they have no problem with violations of the Constitution.

That's got to be the most idiotic list I've ever seen. Not one single item has ever been ruled unconstitutional, and most haven't even been challenged in court.

GOP voters are so ignorant, they can't even compile a list of where Obama actually has been found in violation of the Constitution.

The fact of the matter is most of the these knuckle draggers don't give a damn if a President's actions are unconstitutional, they just pretend to do so if they can score political points.

I'm continually AMAZED how stupid white, middle-aged, males can be.....LOL

Congratulations for posting the same copy paste of "Things that the blogosphere has told me not to like therefore they most be unconstitutional." But at least you sourced your material unlike our prolific jt.

Why doesn't that list include the things that might actually be unconstitutional like denial of Habeas Corpus and other abuses that have come with the War on Terror? Could it be because these abuses began under a previous administration that was supported by said blog?

Here is a great write up by a liberal leaning Constitutional lawyer, in a liberal leaning website, explaining in detail one of his unconstitutional acts.

Here is an actual real example of his law breaking.

Notice the sourcing, notice the evidence provided.

None of this nonsense these right wing goofballs are posting.

What is there, something like a couple dozen replies on this thread already... and not a one of them can give a credible, straightforward answer to the perfectly sensible question raised by the OP!

And the reason why wingnuts will never back up any of their hyperbolic claims, is simply because they can't!! That's not the point for them, because 'winger grievances are never really about facts or reality, they're about arousing "feelings" and "prejudices". So they're more like those gorey slasher flicks where teenage girls actually enjoy getting themselves all "skeered" and worked up... over make-believe horrors!

If you think I didn't give a link to the specific part of the Constitution and link to specific legal arguments then you have a reading problem.

Well boys you have missed the obvious. It is unconstitutional to run for President when your not born on U.S. soil. I know i opened myself up for ridicule. It is very simple for me. My grandmother loved me and always talked about how she was there the day i was born. I watched Obama's grandmother in Kenya talk about how proud she was of her grandson and how she was there the day he was born. The rub here is Barack's grandmother has never been out of Kenya. So for me everything he has done up to this point is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

See, I told 'ya its really about getting all worked up!

Hey, I'm not defending him, but neither would Obama exactly be the first POTUS to invoke controversial wartime measures (and we are arguably engaged in warfare, albeit the asymetrical type). Besides, the constitutionality aside, does that one issue even start to approach all the "shredding" hyperbole...?
