So all of those democratic based and quite often union employees may be badmouthing Romney and Bain Capital with their holier than thou "greed is bad" story in order to try and support Obama, but like they always say, follow the money and you will get the real story.

Look who parks their cash at Bain - NYPOST.com

Quote:
Government-worker pension funds are the chief beneficiaries of Bain’s economic stewardship. New York-based Preqin uses public documents, news accounts and Freedom of Information requests to track private-equity holdings. Since 2000, Preqin reports, the following funds have entrusted some $1.56 billion to Bain:

* Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund ($2.2 million)

* Indiana Public Retirement System ($39.3 million)

* Iowa Public Employees’ Retirement System ($177.1 million)

* The Los Angeles Fire and Police Pension System ($19.5 million)

* Maryland State Retirement and Pension System ($117.5 million)

* Public Employees’ Retirement System of Nevada ($20.3 million)

* State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio ($767.3 million)

* Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System ($231.5 million)

* Employees’ Retirement System of Rhode Island ($25 million)

* San Diego County Employees Retirement Association ($23.5 million)

* Teacher Retirement System of Texas ($122.5 million)

* Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System ($15 million)

I'm surprised nobody has anything to say about this. Nobody is surprised to see that so many Democrats trust Romney/Bain with their money, meanwhile there is overwhelming distrust for him during the election cycle?

Many people who consider themselves both "Republican" and "Democrat" (and lots of "Independents")have been disappointed not by Bain Capital itself, but by what Willard Romney used the company for, his anti-Amnerican values, when he headed that company. The extremists who occupy a large part of the active GOP campaigns will never understand that, because they allow their hate and racial prejudice to get in the way of intelligent thought.

What a moronic post. Not disappointed in Bain itself just for what Romney used it for? Yep, as expected, you guys get caught with your pants down and out come the flimsy excuses. And also, here you are talking about intelligence and you talk like high schooler.

Speaking of intelligent thought...how in the world are you turning this into a race issue?

Bottom line is that Bain Capital has a contractual obligation to maximize profits the return on investment for these entities pension funds. Nothing they did was illegal, and they business cycle rewards those that can find opportunities for profit and companies like Bain are smart about finding ways to do this.

Obviously there are millions of Democrats (Republicans and Independents) who have been and will be able to live a comfortable retirement because of these activities that they seem to deplore, but as long as it benefits them individually they seem to be fine with it.
