The general excuse that righties give on this is that it falls under the "state's rights" category.

It is kind of funny that he wants to have his cake and eat it too when referring to the setup in Mass.

Socialism is socalism. It does not become less socialist if it is implemented within a state, or the whole country.

This is the problem with Romney in a nutshell and really the GOP as a whole. Both parties are full of big government programs now.
