What do Obama and the Democrats care? It's not their money they're spending. They're trying damn hard to get Obama re-elected by spending the contributing, productive class's money to buy votes.

lifeline has been around for decades. it was not invented by obama. in the old days of rotary phones and ma bell, you were charged every month a small amount to help pay for folks who qualified. same thing is happening today.
