Telephone polls biased and inaccurate
With more people owning cell phones and no "land line", as well as use of caller ID, the percentage of respondents to presidential telephone polls has fallen from 39% in the 1970s to 9% now.
Who are the people with no caller ID and cell phones? Who are the 91% who are not responding to the polls?
The only ones who will be surprised by the election results in November will be liberals

Really?
"Biased and inaccurate" - and yet they've somehow managed to be right year after year, election after election.
Hmmmmm.
LOL

So you don't do well with statistics. What else can we do to make it easier for you to understand?

If anything it's biased in favor of older stay at home voters - who tend to lean Republican. This is why Rasmussen (an automated phone poll that only calls landlines) is more favorable to Romney than other polls.

You are making some bad assumptions with those statistics.
First of they are assuming that the reason folks don't respond to the polls is because they are "distrustful of the media". Where the heck do they get THAT from? I hang up on polls because because I DON'T WANT TO BE BOTHERED - and I doubt that I'm alone in that regard.
Secondly, a WHOLE lot of folks not contacted begin with are folks who are ONLY using CELL PHONES - and those tend to be YOUNG, which in turn tend to vote for the Democrats. Those folks aren't even included in the statistics at all since they are not called.
Thirdly, the pollsters are well aware of the response rates and have (apparently) so adjusted their processes and result computation pretty successfull - after all they HAVE overall (especially when looking at "polls of polls") done exceptionally well in every single election determining who the winners will be. Why are you assuming this year will be different?

The only major poll that I have seen that does not call any cell numbers is Rasmussen daily tracking. It is also the only poll that tends towards Romney (well DID, it has Obama by 3 today).

Soooo funny how the polls WEREN'T biased when the Republican party thought Romney was neck and neck with the President......... The Republican's are also afraid of the majority of American's voting for Obama and are trying hard to prevent honest American's voting.......... What amazes me is how the right do such nasty things and try so hard to move the goal posts without even hiding it anymore....... that is how much contempt they now have for America and American's..... they think everyone is stupid..... well at least 47% anyway.
