Maybe because you asked politely I'll include more flips...the wonder is that the press never but never asks Obama why he changed positions.

Senator obama railed against GWB legislation saying it was too complicated to read and understand in such a short time frame.

Obama said 'healtcare would never be passed by 'nuclear option because he would lose his ability to lead....oops Obamacare was passed by nuclear option

then Obamacare is passed with the admission that legislators did not read or understand but would have to be passed to see what was is in it.
Not a flip flop, sorry

obama said 'healthcare discussions would be vbroadcast on CNN...When asked why it wasn't, pelosi said you can't believe anyone on the campaign trail
How does Pelosi's statement equal an Obama flip flop?? You fail on this one.

Quote:
Obama said there would be shovel ready jobs, subsequently when asked about the jobs he snickered as it it were really just a poor joke.
Again, no definitive statement to the contrary - fail again.

Quote:
Obama siad he would unite the country but persists in a campaign to divide the country

Obama warned the supreme court not to put asunder what the representatives of the people created in obamacare legislation.
then obama circumvents congress thru regulatory mandates and presidential decrees.

No tax on the middle class and Obamacare smothers those people with taxes.

Wal st is evil and then he hires goldman sachs alum to populate the treasury headed by a tax cheat, one of many in his administration and several more not appointed because of tax problems.

Attack romney on a social issue while the ecomnomy collapses.

In defense of MR positon on abortion we just borrow a page from Barack obama who said his position on gay marriage 'evolved'. so consider MR's position on abortion in the same light...he is evolving.
With the possible exception of Obama's stand on gay marriage, none of the above are flip flops.

I don't recall Obama ever stating that he was against gay marriage, just he was not ready to support it. He's always supported civil unions.

Overall, your post gets a big 'F' for Fail....

He's Pro-life he's trying to say he will not be pushing any anti-abortion legislation, which under Roe v Wade would be unconstitutional.

Liberals are desperately trying to make this election about anything about Obamas failed economic policies but its not working.

Prioritization is very important in the business world and should be so in government. No other Republican has reversed Roe v Wade, so I don't forsee it changing anytime soon. We got bigger fish to fry.
Murder of 40 million babies is little fish? Really ?

Oh brother.... A moral individual whether a leader or not understands that forcing morality is immoral.

A nitwit needs to discover meaning....A nitwit requires freedom in order to discover meaning in self agreed standards for whats called a healthy ego

No, I do not support Obama, which is why I did not vote for him in 2008, and do not plan to vote for him in Nov either.

But let me ask you: do you still support Romney now that he supports sucking the brains out of babies skulls? Surely you do not. Not after what you just said. Right? That would make you a hypocrite of the highest order. A vote for Romney is practically same as sucking the babies brains out yourself. Who will you support now? Will you join me in supporting a 3rd partier

Does Romney not realise that everything he says can be recorded?
Romney has had every position on virtually every issue.
The debate was just one example of Romney saying what he thinks will be best for that occasionbut NOT what he really believes.
He was pro- choice and then he was pro-life. He wasn't going to worry about 47% of American's now he is worried about 100% of American's. He was going to cut taxes on the wealthy now he isn't cutting taxes. He said that Palastine will never accept peace and now he says he will get them to accept peace. He was going to completely repeal Obamacare and now he is going to leave parts of Obamacare in place..... the list goes on and on and on. Newt gingrich said in the primaries....... "Look, Mitt Romney will say absolutely anything to get elected" and when Newt was asked in a interview whether he thought Romney was a liar he said.......... "yes".
Romney has become the KING of flip-flops yet there are those out there who will have extremely selective memories of Romney's "etch a sketch campaign" just to get Obama out of the Whitehouse........... unfortunately for Romney there are many, many who remember what he promises and how his promises change virtually daily.
Maybe the people wanting a third party are right. The Conservatives who are now unhappy with the Republican party have no where to go and have to stay in a progressively bigoted and extreme party. A third party might put the Republican party where it should be..... a fringe party full of 'wacko's", while the serious conservatives build a viable party for Republican's who really do want America to move forward.

Good article...

Quote:
... restricting abortion absolutely is a priority for the national Republican Party, and if Romney is president he won’t have much leeway to defy this sentiment. You can see it already, in fact, with the Romney campaign’s quickly clarifying statement last night that he “would of course support legislation aimed at providing greater protections for life.” Consider it a preview of a Romney presidency. If he strays on an issue important to the right, it won’t be long until the right brings him back into line.
