I've seen (some) cows that are fatter...and I'd call them vegetarians. Well, actually, I'd call them dinner on the hoof, but that's another story.

I would hate to be Candy Crowley right now because she just became the debate.

Default Poll: Should Candy Crowley be fired for her "fact check" during debate?

Candy Crowley decided to particpate in a debate she was supposed to moderate. Do you think she should be fired for doing this? Why or why not?

Her fellow republicans are crucifying her.

Pity.

Admitting it after the fact is so much help, the damage was done by that point, I do not watch a debate to get the moderators opinion, she should have never been involved in that way.

You mean lack of fact check? Or rather, in haste to save Obama from a rough question and apparently uncomfortable moment, her misstatement?

No. She was a lousy moderator, but anyone that did any digging should have expected that. No one forced Romney to accept her as the mod, nor the other 2 from liberal media outlets. He could have declined to attend until the found someone qualified and neutral to act as moderator.

I agree with you. I don't understand why he consented to her. But, unfortunately Romney needed the debates more than Obama in order to get his message out.
