I wonder which region of the country has the lowest IQ levels? That should explain the difference....LOL!
Id say the one with the lowest IQ would be the individual who figured this out because it would be dumb to figure out a meaningless statistic like this.

The Confederacy had 11 full states with a partisan representative gov from Missouri and Kentucky (to make 13). I think your total includes 9 more states than just the old Confederacy. Your dividing, condescending, and illogical assertion just shows everyone that you are part of the problem in our politics. Divide and conquer. Ironically, very Confederate of you.
