Actually wrong again.. They are cutting the growth in spending, not the budgets..

Okay, so they served their "missions" instead of serving in the military. How many men and women have sacrifeced their life so they could serve ther "missions" instead of protecting their country and its freedoms? And he's wants to be the commander and chief of the military? Maybe instead of serving in the military men and women should just go on missions.

Romney registered for the draft but drew a high number in the draft lottery. He was not called up. Once the draft was ended there has been no requirement to serve in the military. Seems like by now, we have had at least one President who never served. Which leads to the current situation, no candidate who can fulfill your implications.

Perhaps you can tell me what "missions" Obama ever went on? Or perhaps you can tell me what branch of the military he served in. The only one Obama has served from his first day as an adult was and is himself.
