Interesting article. Quite surprising that the Tribune is not endorsing Romney.

Too many Mitts | The Salt Lake Tribune

In short, this is the Mitt Romney we knew, or thought we knew, as one of us. Sadly, it is not the only Romney, as his campaign for the White House has made abundantly clear, first in his servile courtship of the tea party in order to win the nomination, and now as the party’s shape-shifting nominee.

The author nailed it!

I dare any holding their nose Romney supporter to give proof of any issue that Romney has not flip flopped on.

Alright....hold up...back up the truck...let's think about this.

The state where Romney grew up has completely rejected him. He's not even contesting Michigan.

The state where he was governor for 4 years has rejected him (lowest approval rating of any Mass governor). He's not even contesting it.

Now the newspaper that serves the Mormon community in Utah has rejected him.

LOLOLOLOLOL

No, the author didn't nail anything. Anyone with an ounce of political astuteness knows that candidates swing to the right or left during the primary season. This is nothing new. Both parties do it. It's part of the process. After the primaries, the implicit goal is to track to the center because most American's are found somewhere between center left and center right. The Tribune wholly and completely misses the target by using this against Mitt Romney. Very, very weak indeed. What this tells me is that they have absolutely NOTHING to base their endorsement of Barack Obama on, so they resort to triviality to make a wayward case against Mitt Romney that simply does not hold water.

Of course i'd never expect liberals to understand this. In fact, see the above posts for your evidence.

You think changing your position on abortion is a "triviality?"

How ironic. Romney saved the winter olympics there and Salt Lake City is Mormon country.

Yep. Not even the Mormons want to claim him. Looks like he's 0 for 3 on "home states."

When Barack Obama changes positions, it's called "evolving." When Mitt Romney changes positions, it's called "flip flopping."

This is why you and your liberal colleagues have ZERO CREDIBILITY. The sad part is that you don't even recognize it.
