Give a ****. Still love Clint Eastwood. Still hasn't swayed my vote. People get too butthurt over celebrities political affiliations.

I like Clint too but I wish actors/Hollywood would stay out of politics. Seeing them dabbling in politics somehow shifts them onto a different plane of my perception and I think it is to their detriment. I want to be able to enjoy all those great Clint Eastwood movies without having that ridiculous RNC speech popping into my head every time I see him on screen. It cheapens and detracts from his legacy in my opinion.

Actually did you notice how true the empty chair turned out to be? The most important missing chair incidences cost 4 men their lives.

And do you think a movie star preaching that they should pay more when they are talking about small business owners sits well with people. These people make in one episode or more in one movie than small business owners make in years and they have the nerve to speak. Then there is Eva, all she wants is to be in the spot light, she thrives that way. We all know beautiful people who would stand on their head if the attention is taken away from them.

I don't think anyone will be surprised that Republican Clint Eastwood would appear in a political ad for Mr. Romney. My take on the ad is that it's a bit weak. I like Eastwood, even though I support the President's re-election bid. But with his style, character and delivery abilities ... Eastwood was not used to his fullest potential. I doubt the ad will convince anyone who is sitting the fence, those very few, to vote for Romney, nor will it rev-up the campaign workers to work harder.

After Clint made a fool of himself with that monologue, I can't even stand to see him in any film. Visions of his bumbling, rambling Alzheimers moment keep coming through.
