I don't believe that the votes are tabulated until Election Day. There shouldn't be any "results" at the current time.

The Arkansas Secretary of State website shows no results at this time.

Moreover, just a casual perusal of your numbers shows this to be a hoax. The voter numbers are close to identical for the medical marijuana issue and for the highway tax issue, both totalling 782,373 voters. That's more than 50% of all registered voters in Arkansas this year (which is roughly 1,539,619 voters). Considering that early voting only started this week, any suggestion that more than 50% of registered voters have already voted is laughable.

I also sincerely doubt that NC has shown their current results. The votes don't get tabulated until the polls close---on Election Day.

The NC numbers aren't election results. They are the demographics of who's voted. How they voted isn't counted until Election Day.

This has to be a hoax. I agree with DC. I wish the numbers were true. I do think that Johnson will get a lot of votes in Arkansas though.

They could be based on exit-polling as well considering this is coming from a news-organizations website.

Actually, no. An exit poll would be reported as an exit poll, not as election results.

And your explanation would fail to address the numbers. The number of early voters don't even come close to the 782,000 plus voters as having voted on the medical marijuana issue.
