No Powell was the only smart one out of the whole Bush administration. He left after realising that republicans were using him, no wonder why he votes democrat now.

I could not tell you one way or the other. It is amazing how many mind readers that we have. Maybe Sununu should take his act on the road since he is obviously a mind reader. What an idiot.

The answer is: they didn't react.
They had already long before written him off and he had been called every conceivable term for a white person in a black body possible.

Unless you are a black conservative yourself, you'll never get how hard it is.

That's the thing. Unless Powell comes out and says it, no one could possibly know. Making such claims is nothing but personal smear, but then again, character assassination is an and trusted friend of the Republican party.

LMAO

If Powell believes so much in Obama's foreign policy he can always go work for him as an ambassador, I hear there was recently a position opened up in Libya.

Ironic how so many people blame the Democratic of bringing up the race card when people are anti-Obama. Yet, as soon as someone is pro-Obama, they bring up the race card themselves.

This election is exhausting. The hypocrisy of both parties, which continue to contradict themselves over and over and blame each other for things they are doing themselves, is unbelievable. Please let's just get to November 7 and move on.

Ok, so we agree there was no reaction of any kind.

He is the co-chairman of the Romney campaign.
